Thank you for coming along with me as I digressed a little from Honolulu Eats to Sendai Eats. Japan is where I spent a chunk of my childhood/youth so you might say it’s where it all began. The way Japanese people approach food with the highest standards for freshness, flavor and presentation inspires me, as does my family’s passion for food that is not only delicious but natural and nutritious. Thank you Mom and Dad for a wonderful visit!
