Not too long ago my friend welcomed her first baby boy into the world and of course us aunties rushed to the hospital to catch our first glimpse of him! Both mommy and baby were doing extremely well – congratulations to the new mommy and daddy!
Afterwards my friend and I grabbed a bite to eat at the brand new Teddy’s on S. Beretania Street. This is one of her favorite burger joints and she’s happy that now she doesn’t have to drive all the way to Hawaii Kai for her hamburger fix.
She always gets the Kids Combo. You can actually choose between a burger, corn dog or chicken nuggets with fries with drink – a great value at $4.99. She also adds on teriyaki sauce ($0.59) to her burger.

and Salad ($4.99) where you get to choose 4 toppings from a list. I chose tomato, cucumber, avocado, and mushrooms. I guess not too many people would order a salad at a hamburger joint, but their salads are not bad.

LOVE LOVE LOVE their burgers. SO GOOD. Adding the teriyaki sauce is a lot messier, but worth it. It adds a lot to the burger’s taste (even tho they already have their Teddy’s special sauce on the burger).
You really helped out those worker guys with the salad dressing…now they actually KNOW what kinds of dressings they carry! NO ONE orders a SALAD at Teddy’s! 😛
I’m SO happy about the new location! Teddy’s is so much more within our grasp now! 😉
