A super salad packed with whole grains and protein, for when you’re in the mood to be good.
1 cup Wheatberries
Edamame, cooked and shelled
1 Can black beans, rinsed and drained
Cook wheatberries in a pot of salted water for 50 min-1hour and drain. Mix with veggies, and season with olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt & pepper.
