Mentaiko Spaghetti

This is GOOD…

Approximations:

100g Mentaiko or tarako
1/2 cup Heavy cream
1 stick Butter
Salt, pepper, shoyu to taste
Julienne nori and shiso
Spaghetti for 3-4 people

Using a spoon and a gentle scraping motion, remove the mentaiko from the sac. Mix with cream and set aside.

Boil pasta and drain. Return to the pot while still piping hot and toss with butter. After the butter has melted, add the mentaiko and season to taste.  Garnish with nori and shiso.

    Umm…this is totally a Kris dish!🙂 Is this pretty much like the one at Pietro?

      Yes, this is the one she likes at Pietro’s! It’s so easy to make at home and so yummy!
