We were invited back to “Bistro K&T” for a dinner party to celebrate a friend’s birthday. The most gracious dinner hosts had everything meticulously planned, from the scrumptious dinner menu to the selection of drinks to include the birthday girl’s favorite shochu, stored at her preferred temperature, no less.

And dinner: Grilled tri-tip steak with tarragon dijon sauce, sauteed mushrooms, grilled asparagus
Roasted corn salad, Cajun spiced shrimp
These two sure know how to entertain and make their guests feel comfortable. They even took custom espresso orders to go along with dessert! (Happily, the tiramisu cake was a hit).
Things that make a successful dinner party: good food, plenty of drinks, good company, beautiful weather, and … a designated driver!
