    As always, love your home posts! I adore daikon, but have never had it with a pork sauce like that. Very intriguing.

      Hi Marie! Thank you for your comment. I also love this daikon with miso sauce, just like how my mom used to make in cold winters.

    日本の冬はホントに大根がおいしくて私はいろいろな料理でほとんど毎日食べていますが、ハワイの大根もなかなかおいしそうだね。

      せっちゃんお元気ですか?こっちで手に入る大根はそんなに味は変わらないけど、大きさがやや小さめです。ふろふき大根にする時はどーんと大きい方がいいよね。
