Lunch: chopped kimchi, natto, soft poached egg, and green onions over hot rice.
Cheap. Quick. Easy. DELICIOUS.
OMG…Not much in this dish I would eat. :-p Only the rice, egg & negi. Ha! It LOOKS good tho. 😉
I CANNOT get myself to try natto…I’m sorry, nothing that smells THAT bad could taste THAT good!
